Across 10 levels, this 188 room independent luxury lifestyle hotel rises from the podium of the 65 storey Queensbridge building in Southbank. In collaboration with Flack Studio and Time & Place, we provided specialised procurement services in budgeting, sourcing, procuring, delivering and installing guestroom custom joinery, bespoke furniture, fittings and fixtures, lighting and operating equipment across all guestrooms and suites, restaurant, café, rooftop lounge and terrace, residential common spaces, co-working space and pool as well as the all-important back-of-house spaces.

This world-class design led hotel, celebrates art and architecture to create an experience that is unapologetically Melbourne.
